A Stay of Sorts
non existent bar rowdy guests
The location was pretty close to the attractions, I suppose.
The non-existent bar facilities were quite a letdown. It appears they had no beer, a tragedy. Rowdy guests partied all night in the adjacent room, so I got no sleep at all. I was informed parking was available, yet it was just restricted street parking, forcing me to pay £18 for a parking lot.

Dave, the hotel manager, was helpful. He provided information about local parking. He also suggested family entertainment options. I greatly appreciated the selection of DVDs available for use.
The room was smaller than expected. The en suite was larger than the room.

a stay with some aspects needing attention
helpful staff ample space central location faulty shower broken window temperature issues
the staff was helpful . the room had ample space for luggage storage. i found the location quite central to attractions..
The shower was not working properly . i was given access to another room, but the shower had temperature issues. the window in my initial room was broken. It did not close well.

accommodating manager local parking daughter snacks locked bar closed restaurant no reception
Dave was very accommodating to my family. I was made aware of local parking upon my arrival. I knew where the local entertainment for my family was. Dave noticed we were with our daughter and gave us some snacks for the bedroom for her.
When i arrived, there was no one there. it did not appear to have a reception. the bar area was not open. The door WAS locked. the restaurant was not open. there was no information about it, and none was given at check-in.

Really good service and clean rooms
great host comfortable time personal touch
Dave were very good too. he. dave gave us some snacks for the bedroom and advised he had a good selection of dvds we could use. It was a great personal touch (especially for the kids!).
The tv remote didn't work. The tv in the kids room only worked for dvds.

really good service polite staff
dave and the team were AMAZING!!! they were really good too. the service was really good, and the staff were always courteous. i felt completely at home.
i couldn't find any parking available upon arrival, a bit inconvenient. i had to search for alternative parking elsewhere and pay extra.
